Gift voucher
NLUX COLLECTION GIFT VOUCHER BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PERIOD OF VALIDITY
You can order a gift voucher for the amount of your choice, with a minimum of €50.
The easiest way to order a gift voucher is to send us an email at info@nlux.fi.
The gift voucher will be delivered both in PDF format and printed by post. We are currently able to deliver gift vouchers within 7 days of contact once our online shop is open. Sorry for any delays!
The NLUX Collection gift card is valid for 18 months from the invoice due date.
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the gift voucher will be invalidated and we will send a separate notification to the customer.
The gift voucher can only be used to book accommodation (10% VAT) and accommodation can be chosen from the NLUX Collection's selection at the time of booking, excluding group bookings.
Please note that availability varies by destination and season. Reservations can be made by contacting info@nlux.fi or 040-5302999/Hanna.
If the price of the accommodation is less than the value of the gift voucher, the remainder of the voucher can be used later for another booking within the validity period. Expired gift vouchers will not be refunded and cannot be converted into cash, nor will the unused portion be refunded in cash.
