The joint NLUX Studio and Hawkhill Forest Wedding package offers a package that no guest will forget. A unique and aesthetic wedding celebration is built in the middle of nature, with the luxury of the beauty of the forest and the whisper of the conifers.
We offer all services under one roof, from hairdresser to wedding cake and from wedding photographer to decorations.

CONTENTS OF THE FOREST WEDDING PACKAGE
On sale: September-May (excl. Christmas/New Year)
Planning meetings (2 live+2 online)
Sightseeing visits (2 of them)
Themed decoration, design and implementation of the forest huts according to the season: wedding/entrance arch, dinner tables, cake table and other areas of the lodge
Natural materials for decoration: moss, seasonal wild flowers and tree branches. Floral orders will be invoiced as agreed.
Set-up, decorations and materials: crockery, cutlery, napkins, glasses
Design and production of forest wedding themed printed materials: wedding invitation, menu cards, place cards, table numbers and map and signage
Seasonal lighting and mood design and implementation
Wedding cake design according to the theme and the wishes of the bride and groom
Design and implementation of the bridal bouquet and lures according to the theme
Natural materials and seasonal wild flowers are included in the price, flower orders will be invoiced as agreed.
Planning the wedding dinner and tmenu changes and wine recommendations according to the menu

Hawkhill lodge rental max. for 35 people
Not included in the price:
Villas to rent for the wedding party (for a minimum of 15 people). The villas can be used for pre-wedding preparation, accommodation and as a wedding suite. The price is subject to availability and the minimum rental period is 2 days.

Note! The package will not be on sale in July. For accommodation prices in June and August, please contact Hawkhill on a case-by-case basis .
Please note that Hawkhill is suitable for quiet weddings. Loud music is not permitted on the shores of the small cottage lake, but acoustic music performances are welcome.

HIGH QUALITY FANCY DRESS FOR PARTIES
Hawkhill offers 8 stunning lakeside chalets to accommodate wedding guests and the bridal couple in their honeymoon suite. The total capacity is 30 guests for both accommodation and dinner in the lodge. For the wedding weekend programme, we recommend excursions in the local nature suitable for forest huts.

STAY AND RELAX
Each of our cottages is carefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. All of them have a wonderful view of the lake, a terrace for dining, a sauna and a private dock and rowing boat. In addition, each cottage has its own fireplace in the yard.
Our own nature trail to the nearby forest starts from the yard, and the entire Nuuksio National Park is within easy reach, as well as fatbike and other recreational equipment if you wish. It is about 10 km along the forest trail to the Haltian nature centre.
We can organise themed excursions and activities for your guests as required. High quality yoga, wild herb walks led by Annu and other activities can be easily fitted into your wedding weekend programme.
FOR NEWLYWEDS
Your wedding suite will be the cottage of your choice, with all the facilities you need. Our favourite is the small and atmospheric Armas Suite, which guarantees a unique atmosphere and complete privacy.

We are happy to offer recommendations for wedding dress designers and even rings, but our service is focused on ensuring you create the right atmosphere in the Hawkhill area. In addition to accommodation, decorations, table settings, dinner menu and wedding photography, the package also includes a stunning wedding album to capture the memories of a unique celebration.
DINNER AT THE LAVA
The atmosphere of the forest wedding is created in our lodge, where a magnificent dinner is prepared by our chef and a forest wedding themed table setting, combining the greenery of nature, crystal glow, earthy candlelight and gold jewellery.

CAREFREE PREPARATION
Our hairdresser is located just 15 minutes' drive from Hawkhill and will also be on hand to do both make-up and hair if required.
UNDER THE ARCH
The ceremony can be held in front of the lava, where we will build a beautiful wedding arch and seating for guests according to your wishes.
